Vision & Health Screenings

Free, community-based vision screenings and pediatric health checks, with clear referral pathways so every result leads somewhere.

STEAM Workshops

Hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math workshops, designed with each community that invites us.

Partnership

We work alongside Wellness Centres, licensed clinicians, and community members.

Teddy Bear Fair

More than 30 community members came to our first screenings at the Fort McKay Teddy Bear Fair in August 2025. The community named what it wanted most: a clear path from screening to care.

In November 2025, Fort McKay school hosted our first full school event: vision screenings alongside STEAM workshops. Every health record stayed within the community's own Wellness Centre.

Yaqan Nukiy School Event

In May and June 2026, Yaqan Nukiy School welcomed our first event in British Columbia. Over two days, 88 students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 came through free vision screenings and hands-on STEAM stations.
